Our valued customers generally do not incur additional charges if TexSys Computers technicians can perform the fix while troubleshooting; otherwise you will get an estimate of the repair charges, including parts and any additional labor.    Installation Services are a little different. If all you want is for TexSys Computers technicians to install a device, make sure it works and you will resolve any conflicts, partitions and formattings yourself, that is a basic installation. If you want TexSys Computers technicians to install the device, make sure it works and resolve any conflicts, then advanced installation charges will apply. These installation charges reflect a $25.00 Value Added Discount applied with the purchase of quality TexSys Computers parts.    On-site Services are Basic Services plus a surcharge for traveling to your location. If you are outside Zone D, there is an additional mileage surcharge of $.80/mi.    These charges represent our average experiences with these categories of work. Sometimes it may not take TexSys Computers technicians as long to perform the required task, and other tasks may take longer. As long as TexSys Computers technicians fall within 10% of the standard, our valued customers with not incur additional charges.
